dad's daughter, collaborator, and most attractive offspring. Updates first. Mum is still stable.

We're actually much more hopeful this week and things seem to be okay. She's still in

the hospital, she's incredibly bored, but things seem to be stable. I actually think

everything's going to be okay. And over the last 10 weeks there were periods of time, if

not the majority of the time where things really didn't seem like they were going to be okay.

So things are good right now. Maybe it's because thousands of people were praying for us.

So thank you for that. Anyway, I'm in a much better mood now. Everyone seems a lot more

stable. Maybe there will be more humor in twine into this little intro who knows, or maybe

my mood is good because I'm at 72 hours into a 96 hour fast. I'm amped, guys pumped. My

ketones are at 4.7, my noradrenaline is through the roof, and I feel like a superhuman

right now. Could hunt me a bear though, I'm kind of hungry. I filmed a Q&A for YouTube

last night. My extra energy is evident there. Pretty cool. I would get on this fasting

train if I were you. It's not too shabby if you keep your electrolytes up. This week's
