This week, you know, the famous physicist, Enrico Fermi once asked, where is everybody?

And yes, he was talking about aliens, but there is a new theory about if theory is

life out there, not only why we may not have found them, but in fact, why they may not

be able to see us here on Earth.

to the International UFO Congress where I'm going to be giving a lecture.
