welcome back to a new episode on the podcast. I am so excited to be bringing on Tracy Jones

0:05.6

because, number one, she has such positive, um, connective energy, but also because so many of

0:11.7

you wanted to hear from her. So she's on the other side. You want to say hello, Tracy?

0:16.1

Hey, everybody. Oh my gosh. I'm so excited to be doing this today. I'm so excited. This is a good one to listen to if you're in a great mood or if you're in a bad mood and you need to get into a good mood. Yeah, we'll just like give a little attitude adjustment here. That's right. So Tracy Jones, if you don't already follow her on Instagram or if you're not in the PowerFit community or even in her group,

0:37.7

she is one of our coaches.

0:39.4

She has been an empowerment coach with PowerFit for over a year now.

0:42.8

1:17.5

in college. So sports, athletics, you know, all of that kind of stuff has just, it's always

1:24.6

been a huge part of my life. It's always been my love. My degree is in kinesiology, you know, all this kind of stuff. And then after I got out of college, I was like, oh, I got to do this a little differently. Now I got to do this on my own now, because, which I should say, I'm 34 right now. So I got out of college a long time ago. But I was kind of like,

1:45.0

oh, this is the first time since I was like nine years old that I'm not on a team of some

1:49.1

sort where I have somebody coaching me, you know, helping me stay in shape, keeping me on track,

1:54.5

whatever, whatever. I'm pretty highly motivated, self-motivated, intrinsically motivated individual.

1:59.9

So I, but that was really the first time when I got

2:03.1

out of college that I had to do something on my own. So, and I was already married at that point

2:08.6

and all this kind of stuff. So I just got involved in my hometown in a, in a 5 a.m. like boot camp

2:16.2

type thing. So like, was it like a neighborhood boot camp?
