Guided by the luminase route, they tread softly toward the castle.

Their steps deliberate amidst the desolate surroundings.

The path, once obscured by neglect, revealed itself to them as a narrow winding trail through a landscape scarred by darkness.

To their left, the remains of what once might have been lush fields lay barren.

The soil cracked and lifeless,

evidence of the land suffering.
