It was like Asaga, but he was one of the first authors on all of these papers on non-exercise

and I was so, like, excited to have him on and shout out to our producer Morgan, who sent

out emails, and made calls, and contacted publishers, and after months of radio silence, we were

able to track the man down.

You know, what I love so much about this episode was that I realized that I really wanted

to become deep and EAT, that's non-exercise activity, thermogenesis, that's production
