| 1:50.8 | of like I'm going to bring a lot of presence to this and mindfulness I'm going to keep my body |

| 1:58.4 | But this technology is so addicting and stimulating and work itself just requires a lot of thinking that |
| 2:05.5 | yeah I just find it very easy to get lost in in that world and so it's not so much that I can't bring presence to those moments. |
