Summary

In the Season 2 special of British Murders, I tell the story of Scottish paedophile and serial killer Robert Black, one of Britain's most notorious and deadly serial child killers.

Black was convicted in 1994 of sexually assaulting and murdering three young girls aged between 5 and 11 as well as attempting to kidnap another 15-year old during the 1980s.

He was handed 10 concurrent life sentences with a minimum term of 35 years before later being convicted in 2011 of murdering a 9-year-old girl in Northern Ireland in 1981.

Robert Black died of natural causes at Maghaberry prison on January 12, 2016.
