With a country divided, the Republican risk and morality being redefined, it's time to get around the campfire, get back to basics, and spark the revival that this country so desperately needs.

This is the American Campfire Revival with Cook Cameron.

Hey, how was, uh, how was that? That was kind of a, kind of a deep dare yesterday with the love

dare. Uh, we talked about, we talked about temptation. We talked about love is always ready to protect against parasites

that seek to suck and drain the life and vitality out of us. What was the first thing

if you followed through with yesterday's dare that you threw away first. What did you remove? Are there other

things that need to go with that as well? What do you hope that the removal of these things will

do for your marriage and for your relationship with God? Did you identify that parasite? Did you cut it off? Did you throw it away? Did you renounce it and

confess it? Here's day 24. It's called love versus lust. So we're continuing on this theme tonight.

And then we're going to move on, but we're hitting this with a big blow because it needs to die.

Think about this.

Adam and Eve in the garden had everything that they could possibly want. God had provided everything for them.

They were in a garden, they had food. I'm sure the weather was just beautiful and perfect.

They were walking in fellowship with God. They had an incredible environment with a job to do.

They had a relationship with one another. They

were transparent and open with one another. They didn't even need to be clothed for protection

from the burning sun or the rain or the cold. They were naked. They were unashamed. There was

no guilt. There was no pain. They had everything that they could

possibly need. And yet, with one little temptation, Eve was deceived. She saw that it was good.

She fixed her heart upon it and desired it and then Adam joined in together

with her and they ate the fruit. They acted together and they went down a road of pain, guilt,

shame, and separation from God and one another. And we're living in that world today.
