And a couple months ago, I was saying something on the podcast,

and he goes, yeah, that's love bombing.

I go, what is love bombing?

And then you guys all wrote in and said,

can you please do an entire episode?

And we really clarify, like like the signs to look out for a love bombing but like what it really

is because you think you know but you know sometimes people are just being an asshole or sometimes people

are just like moving too fast and we help you decode it.

It's very important.

So we brought on the expert, Dr. Z.

We've had her on many, many times, Dr. Jamie Zuckerman.

So we talk all things love bombing with her. We go over what it actually is. Oh you already

But I think it's I think last time we spoke to you we focused on narcissists and understanding, you know, people's perception of a narcissist, but an actual narcissist had a deal with a narcissist.
