Hey, everyone, Ellie here, wishing you a happy.

Well, this will be Tuesday or Wednesday, partially because it's Thanksgiving week,

partially because this huge piece of news dropped on Monday.

Before we get into it, I'll just tell you how I found out about this.

So I teach every Monday at Rutgers State U, where I went here in New Jersey many years ago,

from about noon to three o'clock.

And sometimes, I sort of hate when this happens, but a huge piece of news will drop during the class.

And my phone will start going crazy.

Obviously, I have to finish up the class.

And then I usually run home or run into the studio and do what I have to do.

That's what happened last night.

But the story about the federal judge dismissing the cases against Letitia James and James Comey, which we'll talk about

in a minute, broke at about 1220 p.m. So it's just getting started with my class, and I had to sort

of silence a whole bunch of calls and say, you know, let me get on around 4 o'clock or something

as soon as I'm done here, which is what happened. But I also took advantage of the moment.

And this class is basically

about DOJ at the intersection of prosecution and politics. And a core theme of this class,

it's an undergraduate class, is to teach these students, future law students, hopefully future
