To prepare our hearts to cry out together,

we're continuing in a major teaching series on prayer. Here's Nancy with another installment in the Lord's Prayer. Some of you may wonder why we would take a whole week of programs to talk about

one sentence in the Bible. We're on

the last sentence of the Lord's Prayer, the epilogue, benediction, the doxology. Yours is the

kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen. Let me tell you one reason that we would take so

much airtime to expand on this sentence. And that is, I think we

have a desperate need as women today, as believers today, to get our hearts grounded in who God is.

You know, theology tends to bore people today. Now, how it could, I can't imagine. Theology is the study of God and how we could ever be bored with God means there's something wrong with how we think about theology and how we think about God. But, you know, when it comes to choosing topics for Revive Our Hearts programs, I know that if we teach a series on, you know, felt needs, modesty, sexual issues in marriage, moral purity, eating disorders, depression, we're going to get a lot of response on those issues.
