really hard time getting back on it. Psalm 18 says in verse one, I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my

1:03.4

strength. I love that. And I'm going to skip all the way through this. This is a very long Psalm,

1:08.3

but there's a few things that have jumped out at me and I just want to share them with you. I called to the Lord who is worthy of praise, and I was saved from my enemies. The cords of death entangled me, the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me, the cords of the grave coiled around me, the snares of death in front of me. In my distress, I called to the Lord. I cried to my God for help. And then if you scroll

1:29.7

down further, it says, to the faithful, you show yourself faithful. And then in verse 32, it is God

who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. This is my favorite part. He makes my feet like the

1:42.2

feet of a deer. He causes me to stand on the heights.

1:45.8

2:01.2

feeling of accomplishment that is on the other side of that exercise if I can just force myself

2:06.4

to get there. And if you're feeling that way today, I want to encourage you, your strength comes

2:10.8

from the Lord. The Bible says it is God who arms you with strength, and he makes your feet like

2:16.6

the feet of a deer. He wants to give you the strength that you need, and he makes your feet like the feet of a deer he wants to give you

2:19.0

the strength that you need and it is important that you take care of yourself especially as the

2:24.1

winter months drag along i don't know how you guys are uh what neck of the woods you're in but in my neck of

2:28.6

the woods in the pacific northwest this is the rainy season it can be rainy and cold and the snow comes and goes. And I have to be

2:36.3

diligent about getting up and stretching in the morning. And something that I have really enjoyed

2:42.0

doing now for quite some time, I'm just trying to get back into it, is getting up early and

2:47.5

putting on some worship music and stretching.

2:51.9

I love to just to focus my attention on the Lord as I strengthen my body.
