Hey there, I'm so glad you stop by for this podcast. We hope so much we can serve you today.

Father, we just bless your name this morning and I pray God that as those words come out of my

mouth and perhaps into their sweet minds and hearts that it means something different to us several weeks into this series on

the names of God that when we call upon your name we can get very specific in our

situation father we have talked about the fact that you came and you called out a man named Abram

from a land where they worship many gods to be the one true God by many names and so father we're getting to know you by name

we're in a very specific situation with a particular challenge before us

we know what name to call upon Lord and it just increases our intimacy with you and our closeness to you

I pray father that you will just weave these words into our souls down into the marrow of our bones where it sticks.

I've asked you, Father, and I ask it again today that should you Terry and should a number of

us still be on this planet in 20 years.

I pray we're going to remember these lessons,

that we'll at least remember the phrases that associate them

in our minds with what we've come to learn about each name. I pray God this will stick. It'll be an abiding word,

a life-giving powerful word to us in the challenges that we meet. We bless you, Lord. We praise you, got I now bring forth a word to us

Lord I make this stick to our ribs today like a good steak dinner and father in fact

let's just say chicken fried steak and gravy Lord make it fat oh somebody said thank you

Jesus see we never have to diet on the word could somebody say amen never have to

diet on the word we can binge on the word of God and that's what we're going to do we're

going to open our mouths wide this morning and ask him to fill it so we're going to be

looking at exodus chapter 17 I'm going to start reading with you at

verse 8 as we continue on in our series about the names of God.
