Susan Hunt has been involved with women's ministry in the local church for a long time,

and she wants to invest in other women so that the work can carry on without her.

We want this ministry to be such that if we drop dead, the ministry will not hiccup.

The principles are still there. They're not dependent upon us to keep it going.

by spiritual mothering.

It is based on the passage in Titus II when Paul writes to Titus that the older women are

to train the younger women.

And the word train means to model, to demonstrate. So what we see here is a nurturing,

caring ministry of discipleship. It is both informational and relational. It's sharing life as well

as the gospel with other women in order to encourage and equip them to live for God's
