Summary
I grew up in an angry home, and it had a profound impact on my roles as a wife and a mother. It’s so important to understand the root causes of anger to learn how to manage it in a healthy way. Today I’m covering the different (healthy or unhealthy) ways people deal with anger, such as escalating, stuffing it, or learning to manage it.
