Summary

Man cannot build a government too small to misbehave or big to be misused, so the question is how to put checks and balances in place to prevent injustices from happening. In a very basic way, Western Civilization is an attempt to solve this fundamental problem, and the American Constitution is the result of centuries of work to create a solution.

Hello and welcome to Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Capitol Building. I'm here for, well, not really to make a video, but I did have some time, and there's a project that I've been working on that has led me to want to cover a particular topic. So let's get into it.

I want to talk a little bit in this episode about limited government.

And not just limited government in a specific civil government sense,

but limited government across different spheres of government. This is something that we've talked about a T.R.X.

Quite a bit as it relates to resistance theory,

as it has related to the American founding.

Most recently, probably in the video about Lexington and Concord

But here in Washington, D.C., right in front of the Capitol building,

right down there is the White House, and right over there is the Supreme Court building.

So this is the perfect place to stand, to talk about limited government

and the separation of powers that the founders put in place here in the United States.

Now, technically this is not the perfect place to stand.

Every time I come here and I try to shoot a video, there's something in the way. Last time I tried to shoot a video over there, it was about 3D printed guns, and I had to go way far away, and it didn't work out as well as I want.

The important thing that we want to talk about is the principle of limited government. And I want you to look up and study something called the spheres of
