including Palim Cest, The Orphans Tale Series, Deathless,

and the crowd-funded phenomenon,

the girl who circumnavigated Fairyland and a ship of her own making.

She is the winner of the Andre Norton, Tiptree, Wiesling, Lambda, Locust, and Hugo Awards. She has been a finalist for the Nebula and World Fantasy awards as well.

She lives on an island off the coast of Maine with her partner and several alarmingly large beasts.
