Hello I'm Bex and welcome to the Week Junior show. Today I'm joined by two of the team from the Week Junior,

the magazine Making Sense of the World for 8 to 14 year olds. We've got Deputy Editor Raul and

editorial assistant Elaine. This week we're going to be talking about a record-breaking run at this year's London marathon,

an invincible football team and the origins of the word robot.

We're also going to be having a big debate about where the library should scrap fines.

So on the subject of robots, I want to know if you could build a robot that could do anything for you, what would it be?

Now, this is a really tricky one for me because part of me says I want a robot to just give me chocolate, but that's not a good idea.

I think I'd like a bouncing robot, like basically imagine a pogo stick and then imagine that I could get on its back and it would just hop from place to place.

So instead of walking anywhere, the robot would jump and I would get free travel and I'd get everywhere

I need to go faster. So basically I want a mega-powered robo-po-po-pogo stick please and thank you if anyone's inventing that

Raul how about you? For me the house is a mess my least favorite chores are tidying up at the end of the day

loading the dishwasher and tidying up and doing all of that. So I would like a robot

to take that task off my hands so I could chill out and put my feet up.

Sounds like you want a butler, not a robot.

I am not a morning person person so I would build a robot

that makes me breakfast and just bring sit to bed every single day. It would make
