If you're a new listener or you've been around for a little while,

I wanted to just quickly apologize for a couple of the recent audio and video screw-ups.

Hopefully you guys can appreciate that I'm constantly trying to improve the quality

and the engagement of this little podcast.

This lockdown came as a bit of a surprise.

I just committed to a new laptop and I was testing and looking into different recording platforms.

Subsequently, I had to purchase a new system and parted with a significant amount of money,

only for it to be a complete nightmare.

I've been dealing with missing video, missing audio files, parts of video, parts of audio.

Honestly, you name it, we've had that issue over the last two weeks.

But I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everybody out there for listening, engaging, reaching out, saying nice things and getting involved with this podcast.

I do not take it lightly that you guys lend me your eyes and ears.

And I want to ensure that the content going into the eyes and ears are good quality and engaging and fun.

I also just wanted to say a quick thank you to the guys at riverside.fm

our new recording software platform. They're working really hard to figure out some

these issues. I don't want to pass the book, but they're not entirely my fault. It's stuff

that I can't change, I can't fix, and I'm doing my best here to make these podcasts as good quality and as

and as listenable and watchable as humanly possible. So there's a few little hiccups in this episode

and hopefully you guys can bear with it and get through it. I've done the best I possibly can
