1:04.0	months and during this time his hands have been tied behind his back in large part due to district
1:09.5	judges that continue to overrule his executive orders.
1:13.6	We've seen this happen again and again. One example recently is Trump wanting to put an end to birthright
1:20.4	citizenship, which is the correct decision to make. Now, the good news is that the Supreme Court has
1:26.1	just ruled that district judges cannot
1:28.6	issue nationwide injunctions alone. Due to this ruling, for instance, in my home state,
1:35.2	the state of Texas, there has been a law to restrict the use of pornography from minors that
1:41.7	requires for them to provide identification. Granted, we'd like to
1:45.5	see porn banned altogether. But this is a step in the right direction that those who are under
1:51.0	the age of 18 would have to provide some kind of identification before they're able to access
1:57.1	pornography. This law has been passed for two years, but it has not gone into effect because
