No jumper coolest podcast in the world and I've got a ball of energy that goes by the name of Liverpool King in the building.

0:07.2

How you doing incredible Liverpool King came in here just absolute presence it's unmistakable.

0:14.1

I appreciate that you know you don't want to be the guy that meanders through life right and nobody knows your name right nobody knows you exist right and this is why call.

0:23.7

I call humans primals because when your primordial wilds first version self right it's always a part of your uninhibited right you don't got to protect yourself you're not too cool for school.

0:34.2

Yeah and so when you came in and you greeted me I could feel it instantaneously right like your energy your ecosystem we're going to like this out see it's a weird tricky process for me because I don't really like to like be around the guest book too much before we start recording because there's like a Johnny Carson saying don't leave it in the hallway.

0:52.2

It's interesting because realistically maybe the most energetic 10 minutes of conversation could get used up before you're on camera.

0:59.7

So I kind of have gotten into this habit where right before I know the interviews about to happen I locked myself in my office and then they give me a little knock once the person's already in the chair so that I can sort of come in and we can enter.

1:10.7

I would actually like to have a camera following me like a ring entrance to a boxing match or something.

1:16.9

What why don't you you know we might get there.

1:18.7

Yeah because I mean for a guy that's a master in your respective discipline whatever you're doing is working right and I've done enough podcast just recently where it seems that's a pretty similar philosophy of a similar principle a lot of people follow and I'm like.

1:31.7

We could just keep going you know I feel like when you have this kind of energy this kind of electricity you're going to see by the end this shit doesn't die down right you know and what I really hope people say is listen.

1:40.7

Maybe I don't agree with anything he fucking says or does or any of that shit but when you live life with this kind of abundance this kind of growth right this kind of expansiveness right this guy knows something right this guy knows something see that's the thing that probably a lot of people at home have in common is that they don't necessarily have the gall to be their true self on camera to be so unapologetically then.

2:05.7

And so a lot of them sort of get drawn into seeing these larger than life characters on the internet people like me and you I guess we go into that category of people who are just sort of unapologetically living their life on camera and I think that's kind of motivating to a lot of people even if they don't see themselves being on camera like the way that we might be.

2:23.9

I think it is because it's a connection to our true self and I don't know about you but I sure as hell wasn't this way right you know my predecessor was bride Johnson he was the corporate guy and I think I live.

2:34.7

I think I live such a living my life was such a living hell from like 10 to 15 I was bully like you wouldn't believe I couldn't be more grateful for it but I sort of I built this armor around me where then I became cool right instead of really just like being vulnerable and revealing my true character I was like you know I'm going to play cool because I've now I've made it to this part where I'm no longer getting bullied or the tables are and I'm going to I'm going to be cool when you're in high school in particular the pressure to fit in is so crushing like you're just so unsure of who you are.

3:03.7

And that's just this intense pressure there's a lot of bullying there's just like you know this forces from all sides kind of trying to get you to conform and that's what people do and then they stand in line yeah and then guess what they never fucking change we've domesticated ourselves and we built these walls around our feelings and guess what even when we put down the goddamn phone we don't connect anymore but but if you let everything out and you're willing to be vulnerable and silly and stupid and retarded and live life and have a conversation with reckless abandon we can go from zero to five thousand and five seconds.

3:33.7

Right.

3:34.7

And the connection that we're going to be able to have in five minutes is immeasurable right and it's something that most people and so this is what I hope to inspire with people is like live life with reckless abandon figure out how to let your wild primal first version self out this is the most primordial person you know inside of you and and that in and of itself is one of the nine ancestral tenants and you're going to start living a higher life just doing that.

3:56.1

Definitely yeah my personal trainer who I meet up with and work out every morning at eight the sky bob back from Iran I always say Iraq get pissed off but for maybe six months now we've been calling each other primals.

4:12.1

Oh really yes and sort of you know saying liver king here liver boys liver queen all the catch phrases you know sort of integrating those into the workouts so it's been kind of fascinating his jaw drop this morning when I said I got

4:25.9

an interview liver king later I love it you know somebody said the other day like hey it I believe some marketing execs got together a couple years ago they started to create you and then they

4:36.7

encaged you right and I said how did you find out yeah you know I mean what a great compliment right for me to call my guys prime and here's the thing when I hear people call their followers followers and then I hear some people say oh yeah my fans right and up they can you think of yourself that highly you consider yourself
