this morning evening afternoon whenever you're tuning in

I'm feeling good. I had quite an exhausting last couple days, but you know today we have the ability

To shift our energy the ability to celebrate you know, just who we are

I think it's very important that we celebrate the little wins you understand

I'm talking about like the little wins like you got up this morning on time

You had a shower you got yourself together and you made a bomb breakfast

Celebrate yourself, you know tell yourself like, yeah, you did that you beautiful you understand

Because what we're doing here is we're building

Confidence we're building our love for self we're building

momentum a lot of times we stress out that we don't have the motivation or

Confidence to do something right we have a dream we have a goal and we're like I just don't have the motivation for that

You don't have to have all the motivation all the confidence

Because you need to build up to that right

It takes steps right incremental steps. That's why each day we make the effort to build up that

Love to build up that confidence within ourselves. So by the time we are actually ready

We have the confidence we have the love we have the foundation within ourselves and we're like wow

I am motivated

I'm able to influence

I'm able to express my will onto my desires

That's why I say it's very key that we celebrate the little wins right the ones that no one's even gonna care about the ones

If you called your friend up and you said hey, you know what this just happened to me and they'd be like why you telling me this?
