James, Jerah and Jonathan review John Lee Hancock’s crime thriller, “The Little Things.” The feature follows Deputy Sheriff Joe “Deke” Deacon and Sergeant Jim Baxter desperately hunting for a serial killer that’s been terrorizing Los Angeles. Disturbing secrets from Deacon’s past are revealed, including a deep obsession of finding the killer; which later rubs off on Baxter. Their desperation of finding the culprit leads them down a dangerous, reckless road, which benefits their egos more than the citizens they’re trying to protect.
