My guess would be all the paperwork's not signed. Like they've agreed. I don't know what I'm, my thinking would be that, hey, we've got an agreement. Now the attorney's got to finalize it. And until that happens, you're not going back to work. Now, I'd have to look into it, but that would be my guess.
