I mean, I've known you for a long time. We're both outdoorsmen, so we always talk shop. But, you know, I did a, you had a route inspection training a couple of years ago that I sat in on in Boston and I'll

tell you you said something that really sat me back in my chair because usually people will say

well we're going to show you how to protect your route and how to save minutes and and how to do

this and and the first words out of your mouth is I'm going to show you guys how to go to war

I got I got chills on my arm. I'm like,

holy shit, man, this is, this is going to be a good trading. It is. It's all about demonstrating time.

You know, every letter carrier takes for granted how hard they're actually working. So it's time that

we teach letter carriers how to show management what we actually do.

Yep, yeah, yeah.

And so this is funny because what I wanted to focus on today, we do a lot of training for letter carriers,

but I think we leave our stewards high and dry because I haven't seen any trainings on stewards

actually filing the grievances in the

aftermath. And I think that's where we're really failing our stewards. It's going to be above the

heads of a lot of, you know, rank and file carriers when we start talking about grievances,
