to heart his own royal destiny on the plains of Africa. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new

Cubs' arrival. Scar, Mufasa's brother, and former heir to the throne, has plans of his own.

The battle for Pride Rock soon ravaged with betrayal, tragedy, and drama, ultimately resulting

in Simba's exile. Now, with the help from a curious pair of newfound friends,

Simba must figure out how to grow up and take back what is rightfully his. The film is

starring. Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Chuitel Edgiorfor, Alphrey Woodard, Billy Eichner, John

Canny, John Oliver, Beyonce Knowles Carter, and James Earl Jones. It is directed by John Favreau

write that? Not exactly. No, listen, I'm in all seriousness,

I'm not here to necessarily trash this movie, okay? But we will. I don't know because I, you know,

listen, the 1994 Lion King for me is top 10 in my favorite films of all time.

It's by far my favorite animated film ever made.

And there's something really special about it for me because I don't know if this is necessarily

true.
