anyone advice either but I can tell you from my own experience that I'm living in a

perpetually pretty clean and tidy home and yet I feel bummed out and tired constantly

and just not feeling that zest for life that I normally do.

So I don't think that clutter and depression are mutually exclusive or inclusive.
