This is on point. I'm Megna Chakrabardi. When United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was gunned down in New York City on December 4th, security cameras caught the entire murderous act as it happened.

That footage was subsequently released by the New York Police Department.

The shooter, wearing a hoodie, mask, and backpack, steps out from behind a parked car,

calmly points his gun at Thompson's back and shoots twice.

As you know, since then, law enforcement officials identified 26-year-old Luigi Mangione as the alleged killer and arrested him in Pennsylvania.

But that initial security camera footage isn't the only surveillance NYPD has of the shooter.

Late last week, police released new information on how they believe he got out of New York City.
