Rita Skeeter was born in the year 1951 to two half-blood parents.

While we don't know too much about her parents, we do know that they were alive during our Hogwarts years. From a young age,

Rita developed a fascination with attention, who had it, how they got it, and how easily it could

be taken away. And even before she first set foot in Hogwarts, Rita had learned that being noticed

was a form of power. When she finally got to school, she quickly gained a reputation for her

sharp tongue and keener instincts. While others were mastering spells, Rita was busy mastering

people, observing their weaknesses, testing boundaries, and collecting secrets.
