Bob, as always, great to be back with you. We're continuing on in our series here on Peter Peter I have to say this has been really fun

it's felt like a bit of a Bible study on healing and we've gone through several things

I'll mention a few of them why don't you mention a few of them where we've talked so far as we look back about Peter. So far we've talked about kind of that first encounter he has with Jesus and the catch of fish that's going to be important.

Bob I'll let you touch on that in a little bit and we talked about walking on

with his walking on water healing of his mother-in-law storms and then Bob we got

into kind of some of the deeper stuff identity.

What do you recall from our last episodes that still resonating with you?

Yeah, I think this theme that we're going to carry on today that we spoke a lot last time as as Jesus gaze met Peter and

Peter went out and wet bitterly and it was right after Peter denied him, you know,

and just like the breaking of his pride

and the opening of his shame.

And, you know, go back to the very first encounter

where Jesus calls him to be a fisher of men.

He's calling him into his calling, but Peter wants to avoid Jesus

because of the catch of fish.
