really an episode of Civics 101.

It is an excerpt from a conversation that I had live for a program called Riders on a

New England stage.

I spoke with Huma Abedine, longtime aide and top advisor to Hillary Clinton, and as such,

many of the views that Huma expresses are reflective of someone who very much believes in

a politician's politics.

None of these editorial views that Huma expresses over the course of this conversation are reflective

of the views of Civics 101.

They are the views of an operative who worked behind the scenes in a very public and very

political space.
