I'm the Illuminati, and today we're going to be talking

about Marilyn Monroe. I'm sure many of you know she was an absolute icon during

the 50s but today I wanted to explore what it is that has made Marilyn Monroe so legendary and why she's

Marilyn Monroe was born on June 1st, 1926 in Los Angeles, California.

She was originally named Norma Jean Mordenson, though she later baptized as Norma Jean Baker, haven't been giving her mother's surname.

When she was just two weeks old, her mother, Gladys Baker, brought her to the foster home

of Ida and Wayne Bolander of Hawthorne, California.
