where we put down our worries from the day and pick up a good book.

It's wonderful to have you here with me tonight.

This evening, we are returning to the life and adventures of Santa Claus.

But first things first, let's just find some peace and relaxation before we open our book.

Finding a comfortable position to lie or sit in.

Take both your hands and rub them together to get them a little warm.

Then place the heels of your hands over your eyes with a light pressure.

Start to breathe slowly and deeply, maybe gently massaging your eyes, whatever feels good for you.

Then lifting your hands, place them on either side of your neck and shoulders,

tilting your head from side to side as you release any tension there and still breathing deeply.

Now place your hands down and find a stillness as I recap our last episode.

Klaus was greeted one day by a young girl called Mary and her little brother who had heard

about Klaus's cat toys. Klaus only had one ready-made and told Mary that her brother should have it as he was smaller than her.

Mary was so sad that Klaus gave her the toy he had made in Chigra's image, but it was too frightening for them. Instead, he made a new cat toy from scratch and decided that he should stick to making sweet

little creatures, like deer, lambs and rabbits.

One day he was visited by Bessie Blythesham, the daughter of the Lord of Laird.

She asked for a toy, but Klaus explained his toys were really only for the poor children.

She was so sad that he asked her to return in two days.

In the meantime, he went to the forest to ask Nassil and the Fairy Queen for their opinion
