evening. Tonight we are continuing with the life and adventures of Santa Claus.

But before I open our book, take a moment to relax where you are.

Stretch your body and release any excess tension in your muscles roll your head from side to side

and as you take a deep breath in and out, physically feel yourself, let go.

Now let's calm our minds by inhaling and imagining all the thoughts, worries and concerns from the day,

a filling up a balloon in front of you.

And on your exhale, let that balloon float away from you.

Once more, inhale

and exhale.

Deep in the forest of Burzee, ruled by the Fairy Queen Zirline, and under the purview of the master

woodsman Ack, lived Nesil, the wood nymph and her sisters.

She had been created long ago to guard the saplings when they were young.

And as the forest had matured, so had her charges, and her days were less busy than they used to be.

One day, when the great Ack was visiting, he told the nymphs of the plight and suffering of the humans,

how it was never their place to interfere, though he did on occasion help the children. Today, on the edge of the forest, he had spotted an infant,

crying, and Chigra, the lioness, crouched in the bushes nearby. He ordered Chigra to allow

the baby to feed on her milk and instructed all the beasts of the forests not to hurt the infant.
