What is truth? That question stuck out to me so much when I was thinking about this book because I believe that is a question that this generation is asking.

It's not enough to just have faith in what's true, but then we have to put our faith into action and we have to dare to live different.

Isolation is the enemy's playground because that is where the real dangerous thoughts start coming in.

Breaking free is impossible and we start believing that lie and it gets really dark and it gets really dangerous until we find the truth and we know that there is hope.

We can't just know it in our heads and know it in our hearts, but our feet have to follow that.

The only way we're going to be satisfied and the only way we're going to actually get the answer is when we turn to scripture and when we turn to God. It's not just about being aware of the lies. It's not just about being aware of the enemy. It's also about a pursuit of the truth. It's also about a pursuit of godliness. I got to get in the word of God. I got to memorize scripture. I got to know the word better than I know lyrics to all these secular songs.

Oftentimes we come before God and we're like, this problem is too big, this sin is too big, this lie is too big.

I've done too many big horrible things.

And God's like, I just want you to understand. I'm bigger.
