You've heard the term burn out. Oh, yeah yeah but have you heard of the term bore out so bore out have a feeling it's the same thing and I suffer from

both well bore out is more that you're feeling underwhelmed instead of overwhelmed so burnout

burnout you're feeling overwhelmed.

Okay.

You're feeling overwhelmed.

It's when your job isn't tough, but you're still burnt out.

The shoe store.

Yeah, Gavin worked at a shoe store before here.

Usually what causes it is you're in the same role for just too long, and you don't see

any room for growth.

And ultimately, bore out comes from a bigger problem and that is called the Great Detachment.

So if you're a boss of younger employees, you might want to pay attention to this.
