So we all know about what they call the Four Last Things, right?

Ever since the beginning Christianity, the Catholic Church has taught about the Four Last

Things, death, judgment, heaven and hell.

That every single one of us has to die.

At the moment of our death, we have what they call the particular judgment, right?

Our lives are judged.

Whether we've chosen to say yes to God and chosen him, or we've chosen to say no to God,

or even been indifferent towards him, we either get heaven or hell.

God's justice is completely just.

God's judgment is completely just and we get actually what we've chosen.

He factors in everything that is a factorable factor in our lives, every mitigating factor,

every circumstance he knows it all through and through.

He knows our hearts through and through and we actually get what we've actually chosen

because Jesus has made heaven possible.

So that's what they call the particular judgment.

But the Catholic Church is always taught about, and the Scripture is always taught about this

thing called the final judgment.

Wait, so at the moment of death you get judged and then in the last judgment you get judged

again.

So what's the difference between the particular judgment and the final judgment?

This was confusing to me.
