Summary
For the kids of Ringtown, Pennsylvania, that place was the Witch’s Bridge — a narrow crossing surrounded by forest, where the air turns still and the creek below whispers like someone breathing. Locals said if you parked on the bridge, killed your engine, and listened, you’d hear the witch herself — or worse, find your car refusing to start again.
One cold night in 2004, two teenage boys decided to test the myth — to show off for their dates. They turned off the car, sent the girls driving ahead, and waited in the dark. But when the girls returned, something was already waiting for them.
A hollow human figure appeared in the headlights, motionless, before slapping the car twice — once on each side. The girls screamed and fled, leaving the boys stranded miles from home. When they finally reunited, both sides realized the same horrifying truth: Whatever was on that bridge wasn’t human — but it knew exactly what they planned to do.
