The Michael Berry show so let's talk about president Trump and the law fair they are imposing against him

Rejected he He had made a claim of presidential immunity

in the federal election interference case.

That's their claim. He didn't do it. Now Thursday the

Supreme Court is supposed to review the Colorado ballot removal case.

And their case hinges on section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

I'm not in the predicting business because when you predict things,

you'll end up making a fool of you. But if I were predicting, I would tell you that I believe the Supreme Court,

maybe 7-2,'ll strike that down. I believe that Donald Trump, I don't predict things based on what I want to be the case.

A lot of people do.

If their team is predicted to lose by 30 points,

and that's the line in a game then they'll but and they'll say no

no I believe this team is gonna win no you want that team to win I don't do that

that's why people get angry with me when I say that I believe this person

over here is going to win this election. That's not who I want to win it. That's who I believe

is going to win. There's a difference and some people are incapable of

separating those. They just they claim they think what's going to happen is what they want to happen and

I'm more realistic than that.

I do not believe that the legal challenges to Donald Trump will prevent him from winning the nomination and winning the presidency.

I firmly believe that.

And as time has gone by, I spent more and more time reviewing the cases and talking to other people who I respect, because I'm not in the daily practice of law anymore.
