I've been in DC here for a couple days.

I've had so many questions of people trying to understand what these things are

and how the government deals with them and what are the problems with them.

What are the risks? What are the benefits?

We could kind of sit here and speculate on that, and of course we will, over the coming weeks.

We'll be talking about that on a day-to-day basis.

But I thought it was important while we're in DC to bring in the guy behind the markets.

This is the person who oversees as part of the organization the CFTC.
