And he warned that this meant that it was very hard to make sure that the the major terrorist organizations like al-Qaeda and ISIS

Cannot use Afghanistan to launch attacks against the United States

McKenzie said that the ISIS would

Abandoned and under Biden leadership the ISIS terrorists who murdered 13 U.S. service members during that suicide attack

So certainly we should expect an re-assurgent ISIS and it would be very surprising if it weren't the case

It remains to be seen that the Taliban are going to be able to make any effort or effective action against the Taliban
