Mark Zuckerberg announced this week that meta is going to lay off around 10,000 people

and will not fill 5,000 open positions in a quest to make 2023 his words, a year of efficiency.

Two high-profile departures in the past few months, YouTube CEO Susan Wajewski and Cheryl

Sandberg, the former CEO of meta, mean there are currently no women leading big tech companies,

big tech defined as MANG or meta-appel-amazon, Netflix and Google.
