Holy Spirit, thank you.

Thank you for being so present in a conversation like this.

Thank you for doing the work in each of our hearts which must be done to form us and fashion us into the

likeness of Jesus. We are so grateful for that, excruciating and ongoing work of sanctification.

And we know forgiveness is one of the big challenges our human hearts face as we navigate her

with the challenge to be like Jesus.

God, we thank you for forgiving us. We must start off this conversation, mindful that each of us has been forgiven much.

Thank you for forgiving me

for paying

the highest price

so that my sins

would not be held against me

lord help us as we navigate this conversation

to look more like you.
