I'm your host, Flora, and we are diving into all things mindset and manifestation on season

three of this podcast. And in this season, we are tackling all universal laws to help us understand

reality creation, manifestation, being more conscious,

and just understanding the way that life is working for us and that things are happening for us,

not to us. And today I really want to put your mind at ease. I know you're probably panicking.

You might be frantic about something.

Maybe there's something you've been manifesting or wanting to change in your life. But you're kind of

going through like an uphill battle. It's just feeling like a fight, like a constant fight every day.

And in today's teaching, I'm going to go over why this is such a good thing and why this is happening for you,

not to you, but for you, and why this is actually a blessing and disguise for you. Okay. So today we're

going to be discussing the law of rhythm. This is another universal law. And the law of rhythm,

as you can possibly imagine, is pretty basic to understand.

So it pretty much teaches that everything flows out and in.

Everything has its tides, kind of like the ocean, right?

On the beach, you see the tide going in and out.

All things rise and fall.

The pendulum swing manifests in everything.

So what this is saying is that the law of rhythm is the basic operation of life.

So things go up, then things go down.

Things go left, then equally things will go right.

Things go in, things go out, kind of like, as we mentioned, the rhythm of the ocean.
