Hello, everybody, and welcome to another episode of Level Up with Debbie Neal. I have a treat for all of you.

I have a treat for myself, and I have a treat for all of you. I have a treat for myself,

and I have a treat for all of you. We don't have a lot of guests on our show, but I know that

when we do have guests, you guys are kind of really excited about it because I pick and choose

them so selectively, because I know they're just a gift to all of you. So you guys are really in store for somebody

very special. I'm going to tell you a little bit about Carlita, but I'm going to tell you why I

love Carlita and why I have invited her on this podcast to just share not only her wisdom and

leadership, but this is a woman that I look up to as a role model the way she parents, as a role model in marriage, in a role model in the way she lives her life like Jesus. Like she is somebody that I aspire to be like in every realm of her area in her life. And even before we got on this, Chase, who runs my podcast, he was like, oh, you need to remove the jewelry.

And I was like, no, Carlita, just like me, I leave all my jewelry on. It's fine. We sleep with it. And she's like, oh, no, I could tell you why. I don't do that anymore. I'm like, oh, dear Lord, it's another area of my life that I need to learn from Carlita because I'm going to bed with my David Yermans and all my, and it's a big bracelet. So I'm going to learn about that after today's podcast. So let me start with saying this. Carlita is a top leader in the same company that I am with.

We're both in the network marketing profession. Now, I have been with my company. We are approaching

20 years. And you guys know I talk about this all the time, like your circle, your circle of

influence, the people you look up to. And so when I started my business, I knew nothing about my

company. I knew nothing about the industry. I went to my very first big conference. I,

because of my efforts and so many of the reasons, I was at the top of my company. And I kind of

walked into that arena. I was very young in of my company and I kind of walked into that

arena. I was very young in my leadership. A little of ego going on there thinking, look at the

accolades. Look what I've done. And then I saw people like Carlita, who we might have had the same

title, but there was such a different level of income. There was such a different level of wisdom, there was such a different level of wisdom,
