Welcome to the Tuesday live stream today we we're asking the question, does Jesus, based upon his teachings in the Gospel of Matthew, does Jesus want us who are Gentile believers in Christ? Does he want us to obey the Old Testament law? Is the law of Moses something

that Jesus wants Christians to follow today? That's the question we're asking and this affects our lives greatly I mean it and I'll start by

just saying this if God wants me to do that I want to do it I'm not opposed to it in that

sense it's like he's he's Lord we do what he says the question is what did he say so

welcome to the Tuesday live stream I'm pastor Mike Winger and I do this live

stream usually every Tuesday at 5 p.m. Pacific time and we cover things

like theology and apologetics defending the Bible as well as giving people an explanation

of the Bible so they can learn to think

biblically about everything because that's my goal I want I want to do my part

to the best of my ability to help you learn to think biblically about

everything as well as help people to realize that the Bible is true it is

God's word Christianity is true Jesus really is Lord and all that stuff

stands up to scrutiny and and rational investigation So today we're talking about the Old

Testament. So here's my disclaimer. I love the Old Testament. I love the

scriptures. It is the word of God. We should be learning it. We should be trying to apply it into our lives in the proper way and whatever way, you know, is consistent with the full revelation of the Bible.

But this is part of what I'll call a series now because I have one video on the Hebrew

roots movement and this is going to be the second one. I'm dealing with this thing called

the Hebrew roots movement. Again it's just it's not a monolithic movement. Hebrew

roots refers to basically a not a monolithic movement
