Summary

This week Katie is celebrating her birthday and dishing on her plans. Her thoughts on dry January and why sometimes having a birthday after the holidays sucks. Katie discusses her favorite manifesting practice and that is through the Law of Assumption. The Law of Assumption simply put is what we assume to be true is what we will eventually manifest. Mindset is a powerful thing and meditating and using affirmations can help you manifest some incredible things in your life. PLUS Katie answers some questions and talks on the VPR season 10 trailer!

Hello, everyone. Welcome back to an all-out episode. How you doing? So, it is my birthday

0:39.3

week or weekend. I don't know. My birthday is on a Monday this year, so I'm like, I guess I got

0:44.8

1:18.0

space. A weird headspace and a weird time in my life, you know. So, yeah, so I want to kind of just

1:25.0

celebrate my first birthday as a single gal. So, yeah, I'm excited, though.

1:31.6

And then on my actual birthday, I'm going to go to dinner with some friends, just a couple friends,

1:36.4

also looking forward to that. Do you ever have to get to an age where you just like can't

1:40.7

celebrate a birthday because I think that would be really lame. But I know I know some people

1:44.9

like kind of side IU when you're like, I'm going to be celebrating my birthday. This my birthday

1:49.5

week, they're like, how old are you? Who cares? Who cares Jared? It doesn't matter. I just made

1:54.6

that just through that name other, but I just feel like it's fun and you should be able to celebrate

1:59.8

you and be selfish and make it all about you because it's like the one time you can actually do

2:05.7

that. And especially when you kind of had a bit of a fun year, I think is a good time to lean

2:12.5

into that a little bit. And yeah, celebrate your life and celebrate you because why not?
