It's Mother's Day week.

And to celebrate Mother's Day,

we are going to be joined by a woman who's about to become the mother of two.

Laura Rutledge, host and reporter for ESPN.

She covers the NFL and college football has been the host of NFL live since August of 2020.

She was named as Florida in 2012 and is due later this month with her baby boy, her second child, to join her daughter Reese,

and she is the epitome of class, professionalism, style, grace, all admirable traits,

the great Laura Rutledge coming up.

We also this week will get the release of the NFL schedule.

And it will be a little bit different than other years.

This year, the NFL will have a game the day after Thanksgiving, which it has never had before.

So after everybody watches football and eats food on Thanksgiving, on Thursday, there'll be another game on Friday before we get more games on Sunday and Monday,

because the NFL loves to hog the calendar and nobody does a better job of that than the league.

The games this year, they don't belong to specific networks anymore.

It used to be that CBS had the AFC games and Fox had the NFC games,

but this year all games are free agents. And yes, each network will get certain games, but there's

no particular conference that is aligned with any particular network creating a system of broadcast

free agency for the schedule.

And it used to be that teams only could be scheduled once for Thursday night games on Amazon.

Well, guess what?

This year, now it can be done twice.
