And as we are recording this,

the Everson-Griffin situation is still in flux.

But I felt like we wanted to get together

and have a conversation about what is going on with Everson Griffin and as things change and Rick Spielberg is supposed to talk later,

then we'll have more for you here on the show. But this has been a really difficult day I think for

everybody in the building when we all woke up we saw Everson Griffin's Instagram post and I think every one of us thought back to

2018 and him missing some time due to mental health issues and then when we arrived

we got a statement from the Vikings that people were at his house and

you know mental health professionals and so forth and so I think our first impression was okay, they're dealing with this and we'll see what happens.

And now as we speak, Everson Griffin is still inside of his house and the police are there.

Rick Spielberg is there. the Vikings personnel are there, and it is a very scary

situation for someone who has seemingly gotten things back together in his life and is who has played extremely well this year and has talked on multiple occasions about how he was in a good place.
