I feel like we should be in the lulls of the off season based on my body clock, body calendar.

But like it's so busy like we have the combine going on we have all of this news coming out about possible trade candidates cuts

free agency rumors people you know talking about there's franchise tag news already. So there's so much

happening. It's actually kind of hard to process. And this week has been so busy that I've been

having a hard time keeping up. So we thought we'd kick the show off by just reviewing some of the

biggest headlines from Thursday and trying to see how that will transition into Friday.

And I'm sure by the time the show is out, a bunch of new things will have been released as well.

That's absolutely true.
